Identified: The domain planwerk.com.au is outside our operational control. The current owner appears to be enjoying this.
Mitigation: Continue operating internationally. Asking nicely remains the primary acquisition strategy.
Current status: Unresolved. No impact on The Framework, according to Sebastian.

Unexpected visitor triggers escalation protocol

A Gemini-generated visitor was briefly promoted from image asset to physical security incident.

Root cause: Photorealism exceeded internal expectations. Someone who was not in the office considered contacting the authorities.
Resolution: Visitor confirmed to have no physical presence. No additional perimeter controls required.
Preventative action: Future images will be assessed for their ability to open doors before escalation.

Mitigation: Single ownership established. A second watering requires a change request.
Current status: Soil under observation. The plant has declined to provide a statement.

Status reflects internal confidence, rather than external measurements. Historical bars are illustrative. No production software was harmed in the preparation of this page.
